FAQs: My Redrow
How do I save a favourite development or housestyle?
Select the development of your choice from the search listings and then 'add to My Redrow'. Similarly, select the housestyle of your choice from the development page and then 'add to My Redrow'.
How do I save a favourite plot?
From your Favourites list, select 'View available plots'. From the list presented, select 'Add to Favourites'. The plot detail will then be displayed in your Favourite Development list.
Can I see where different housestyles are positioned on the development?
Yes. Each development page contains a pdf printable site plan. You may also see an option to select an Interactive site plan on some developments which shows the available and coming soon house styles.
Is it possible to make an appointment?
Yes. Select 'Book appointment', on the development page or your favourite's listings. Then chose the type of appointment you would like, and your preferred time slot from the calendar.
Can I book appointments anytime?
We aim to be as flexible as possible, but certain times may not be available. You can select an appointment time with 24 hours' notice and up to 4 weeks in advance where available slots are indicated.
Can I see the build stage of individual homes?
Yes. You can see the build progress stage of any individual plot you have saved in your Favourites list.
Can you offer financial advice?
Redrow are not registered to provide financial advice. However you can contact one of our recommended New Build Mortgages Specialists who will discuss the most appropriate financial solution for you.
How can I find a recommended New Build Mortgage Specialist?
To find your nearest New Build Mortgage Specialist, using the 'Ready to Reserve' link on your homepage, select the development you are interested in, then select 'Find NBMS'.
I already know a financial advisor and solicitor. Why should I use your recommended ones?
You are free of course to use people you already know. However, we have a number of recommended New Build Mortgage Specialists and Legal Experts who we know and trust, and who can work with you to ensure everything runs smoothly towards meeting the agreed Exchange of Contracts target dates.
There is no financial gain to Redrow when you use one of our recommended specialists.
Where can I see what choices and options are available?
From your Favourites list, select 'What's Included'.
Why can I not see any choices and options on some developments or housestyles?
Some of our developments have bespoke finishes and each library of choices and options must be set up individually. We are working towards displaying the choices and options for all of our developments, though this takes a little time as each new development is launched.
Can I save my ideal choices and options to review later?
Sorry, no. You must have reserved a home before choices and options can be saved. You can only browse what’s available if you have not reserved a home.
I have paid a reservation fee on a new home, why can't I see it in My Redrow?
We're delighted when customers show their commitment to reserve a new home by paying a reservation fee, but before we can show this on My Redrow, we have a few administration processes we need to complete. Once this is done, we’ll send you an email to let you know. You should then see the home you have reserved in My Redrow which starts your journey to Exchange of Contracts and enables you to begin styling your new home.
I have reserved a new home, and received a confirmation email. Why can't I see it in My Redrow?
One of the main reasons you might not see your new home is if your My Redrow email address is different from the email address you gave to your Sales Consultant during the reservation process.
Please contact your Sales Consultant who will be able to address this for you.
What happens if I forget my password?
Don't worry! Select 'forgotten password' on the sign in page, enter you security answer and we will send you a new email verification so you can regain access to our account.
What happens if I change my email address? Can I update it myself in My Redrow?
At the moment no. If you wish to continue to use your My Redrow account, you will need to ask one of our Sales Consultants to update your email address.
I don't want to receive any more My Redrow emails - can I stop them?
Yes. You can opt out of My Redrow communications in your Account. We would ask you to remember that there are a number of informative messages we may need to send you if you do decide to reserve a Redrow home, but you can of course always opt back in.
Can I close my account?
Yes. We'll be sorry to see you go, but if you would like to close your account you can do this on your Account page by selecting 'Close Account'. You will continue to receive any marketing communication you have subscribed to unless you also update your preferences letting us know which, if any, you would still like to receive during the Account Closure process. Once we receive your request, access to your My Redrow account will be removed with immediate affect.
